What is the Digital Jersey Hub?

The Digital Hub is the centre of Jersey’s tech community focusing on grass-roots support, skills and local innovation. It has a packed events calendar and a thriving and supportive community base. The Digital Hub staff are Gwyn Garfield-Bennett and Megan White, together they work with the Hub Users Committee to ensure the space is meeting the needs of the digital community.

The Hub contains a hot desking area for members to drop-in and work, meeting rooms, dedicated desk spaces for start-ups and event facilities.

The Hub is a great place to base your start-up. We aim to provide the space, tools and connections to get your tech business off the ground.

If you are a small business member you can rent one of our permanent desks for just £100 per month. This price includes an allocated desk, a 24 hour access fob, a locker and the opportunity to book meeting rooms.

Digital Jersey is a government funded, independently run organisation aimed at building a new digital industry for Jersey. The corporate team work to promote and develop Jersey as a digital jurisdiction while building essential partnerships on and off island.
The Digital Jersey Hub is the heart of the tech community with premises in St Helier. If you work in tech you can join for free as an individual member. If you are a small tech business you can join as a small company and get access to our facilities. There’s further information on our Members page.

As CEO of Digital Jersey Tony is responsible for delivering the organisation’s long-term economic, social and reputational objectives together with meeting annual business plan goals, to develop Jersey as a recognised digital jurisdiction.

Tony has over 20 years of senior management experience across a wide range of digital industries, including mobile, online, broadcast, payments, advertising and data analytics, using the latest technological innovations to develop new revenue streams.  Tony’s Profile

Head of Digital Hub

An experienced media professional and entrepreneur, Gwyn Garfield-Bennett worked as a journalist for UK national and regional television, radio, newspapers and magazines as well as founding her own magazine publishing company. Gwyn founded Jersey Coders, a computer coding club for teenagers and updated her own coding skills through the Digital Jersey Coding programme.

Megan White

 Hub Assistant

Megan graduated from Sussex University with an honours degree in Media Practice, after achieving her A-Levels at Jersey College for Girls. She has recently become a part of the Digital Jersey team, assisting with events organisation, communication and social media marketing. After gaining experience as a Graphic Designer at the Jersey Evening Post and within university societies, Megan wishes to carry across her creative skillset to Digital Jersey and contribute to the digital community.
